School nights are getting the best of me

I am having a really hard time relaxing at night.  I can't stop thinking, or worrying about how early I have to get up the next morning.  My schedule only allows me to get a very limited amount of sleep during the week.  So here I am, reading up on sleep articles to try and ease my nerves about this issue, because if this issue persists, it is going to be a painful semester.
